Free Motivation (Sweat Not Included)
One of the fitness items I put in my own stocking his holiday season was the Nike+ Running Module. To complement the module, Nike has released a series of workouts on iTunes, featuring personal trainers and athletes talking you through several sessions of intervals, hills, and treadmill workouts. One of the more unique workouts is from Ok Go, the band that is best known for the choreographed treadmill video for their song "Here It Goes Again." I guess that's the hook to involve the group in one of the treadmill workout sessions.
When I purchased the Nike+, I signed up for the newsletter as well. Looks like you all get to benefit from that today, as Nike sent, along with their newsletter, a link to download a copy of the 30 minute Ok Go! treadmill workout. Pretty nice offer, as the workout typically costs around 12 bucks. Although I have to say that I would have been pissed if I bought the damn thing, as I have purchased a couple of the other workouts already.
Use this link if you already have iTunes installed.
